New Clients:

Please fill out the necessary Consent Forms sent to you prior to your appointment. Your Technician can answer any questions you may have at the time of your appointment.

A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. All deposits are due within 24-hours of scheduling and are non-refundable.

A valid Credit Card will be stored on file for any additional bookings.

I want you to love your lashes! If you have any issues or adjustments needed, please contact me within 72-hours. Any adjustments afterwards will be considered a 30-minute touch-up.

Cancellation Policy:

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy (72-hours for any Full Set Appointments). This allows us to fill your appointment with another Client from our wait list if you need to reschedule.

 

Any appointment cancelled within 24-hours will be subject to a 50% fee charged to the card on file. Any same day cancellations or no-call, no-shows will be charged 100% 

If you need to reschedule, please give me a call or text. Anyone who has also arrived more than 15-minutes late (10 minutes during Covid) will be marked as a no-call, no-show and will be charged accordingly.
